Dr. Mai T. Phan is a family dentist, Board Certified with the American Dental Association. She is also a member of the Virginia State Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

 

Education History

 

Dr. Phan's first degree of Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) was from the University of Saigon, Vietnam. She received her second DDS from the Medical College of Virginia, after immigrating to the United States in the mid- 1980s. In addition to an Oncology Fellowship at the Massey Care Center in Richmond, Dr. Phan completed special training in removable prosthodontics and other aspects of dentistry.

 

Convenient Office Location Our office is within easy walking distance of the Ballston and Virginia Square metro stops. Free, ground level parking is easily accessible. The parking lot is located behind the building, with access from Quincy Street. Please see the building receptionist in the lobby for a token.

 

The Right Hours for You Choose from day, evening and Saturday hours - whatever is most convenient. Early-bird appointments are also available. Back-to back appointments can be set up for family members. And emergencies are almost always seen the same day.
